A <\/span>distributed antenna system<\/span> (DAS) is a radio frequency (RF) network that distributes cellular signals through large indoor environments. The spaces can vary from convention centers, stadiums, and airports where there’s high demand for cellular service due to many people using their phones and other devices at once.<\/span><\/p>\n A cellular DAS consists of all the components necessary to receive and send radiofrequency signals, including antennas, cabling, amplifiers, and other electronics housed in a single room or small area.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n So, <\/span>what is DAS<\/span><\/i>?<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n A <\/span>distributed antenna system<\/span> (DAS) is a network of antennas, amplifiers, and several other components. This can result in <\/span>bad phone reception<\/span>, a congested network or slow data speeds that make it difficult for people trying to communicate via their phones or tablets during an event.<\/span><\/p>\n Cellular DAS systems and other types of DAS are used to distribute radio-frequency signals from a central point to multiple locations.
